Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2074-04-32 at 4:20 PM that the 19-8th BOD Meeting of the company held on 2074-04-32 has proposed distribution of 10% Bonus Shares(Stock Dividend) and 0.526% Cash Dividend(for Tax Purpose) to their shareholders which subject to the approval from its upcoming 20th Annual General Meeting.
