Nepal Rastra Bank has published a notice regarding the successful merger of Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited to commence its joint transactions in the name of "Sampada Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited" from 30th Ashad, 2081.
