Shivam Cements Limited (SHIVM) proposes a 12.5% dividend for FY 2081/82 and has called the AGM on Mangsir 25, 2082.
The 142nd meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 30 has proposed a 12.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. 2.5% bonus shares worth Rs. 13.64 Crores and 10% cash dividends (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 54.56 Crores have been proposed. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 5.45 Arba.
The book closure date is on Mangsir 11. Thus, investors maintained before that date are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
