Prudential Insurance convenes 17th AGM; another insurance company to convene late AGM

Prudential Insurance has convened its 17th AGM on Bhadra 1, 2076 at Birgunj. The AGM has endorsed the FY 2074-75 financial report that was presented by chairman Mr. Shrawan kumar Agrawal.
The insurance company has raised insurance premium of Rs 1.37 arba and earned net profit of Rs 16.22 crore during the same period.
The company’s SGM had earlier endorsed to issue 60% right shares thereby hiking the paid up capital to Rs 1.02 arba.
