NIC Asia Bank (NICA) Calls AGM With These Agendas

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) has called its 24th AGM on 20th Chaitra, 2078. The meeting will be held in Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, starting at 9 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2077/78.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79 and approval of their compensation.
4) Election of 3 board members from public shareholders and 3 from promoters.
5) Misc.

Chaitra 08 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.
