Everest Bank Limited Convertible Preference Announces Book Closure Date for 7% Cash Dividend

Everest Bank Limited Convertible Preference (EBLCP) has declared the book closure date for its cash dividend.

The institution has proposed a 7% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. Shareholders maintained before Ashad 31 are entitled to the dividend payout. Books will be closed on that day for the same purpose. The preference shares provide a fixed dividend of 7% each year and are entitled to this dividend prior to the distribution to ordinary shareholders.

As of writing, EBLCP has an LTP of Rs. 553.50.
