Xiaomi Opens New Authorized Service Center in Kathmandu

Xiaomi has recently opened a new authorized service center at Tamrakar House, New Road Kathmandu a measure taken apparently aiming at delivering faster, more user-friendly, and of-course high-quality after-sales service to their customers.

The service center will handle repair and technical issues with Xiaomi smartphones, wearable items, earbuds/headphones, and other AIoT devices, along with providing genuine spare parts and professional service through its trained technicians.

On the occasion, Directors Gaurav Sharda and Nitesh Kumar Mundra said the new center marks another step toward delivering faster and more reliable after-sales service to Xiaomi customers in Kathmandu. The service center is operated by Vatsal Impex Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Sharda Group, Xiaomi's official after-sales service partner in Nepal
