Xiaomi Nepal Opens New Service Centers in Three New Locations
Xiaomi Nepal has recently launched three more authorized service centers in Dharan Lines, Itahari, and Lions Chowk, Narayangadh, aimed at strengthening after-sales support for its growing customer base.

The centers will provide repair, maintenance, and technical support for Xiaomi smartphones, wearables, hearables, and IoT devices, along with access to genuine spare parts. They are operated by TeleDirect Pvt. Ltd., a Ramesh Corp group company that has long served as Xiaomi's authorized service partner in Nepal.
A standout addition is the Customer Experience Zone at the Itahari center, where customers can explore and try Xiaomi products in a modern, interactive setting before purchase. Speaking at the inauguration, TeleDirect General Manager Deepak Shrestha said the new centers mark an important step toward delivering faster and more reliable after-sales service, reaffirming the company's commitment to strengthening customer trust across Nepal.
All centers are staffed by trained technicians equipped to handle both routine and complex repairs as per Xiaomi's official service standards. Xiaomi Nepal has also hinted at upcoming promotional offers, encouraging customers to follow its official social media channels for updates.
