WorldLink Launches Biz24, Nepal's First Managed Wi-Fi Service for SMEs

WorldLink Communications has launched Biz24, a managed Wi-Fi service built for small and medium businesses that have long made do with residential-grade internet plans.

The service is designed to provide consistent Wi-Fi coverage across business premises, with network management through a cloud-based system. It also comes with priority customer support and a public static IP for services such as CCTV and business applications.

According to WorldLink Sales Manager Satish Krishna Rajbhandari, Biz24 was developed after consultations with SME owners and field testing to address common issues such as weak Wi-Fi coverage and disruptions during business hours.

The package comes with a business-grade router, a public static IP useful for running CCTV systems and other IT applications and priority support via a dedicated hotline.

The service is offered in three tiers Rise, Grow and Pro with speeds ranging from 200 Mbps to 1 Gbps, and is built to scale as a business adds staff or bandwidth needs grow.

Biz24 is priced from NPR 30,000 a year, excluding 13% VAT, and is available nationwide to both new and renewing customers.
