With the Tokha Water Supply Committee as its first customer, Diyalo created completely automated smart water technology

Fintech company Diyalo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has developed a fully automated smart water technology. This technology will completely automate the water supply sector. Diyalo has developed about 15 systems from drinking water committee to consumers, from production and distribution to smart meter reading at consumers' homes, from billing to utility management, from water quality measurement to tank management.

Diyalo, which has digitized about 700 water supply committees so far, has developed this system with the aim of making the entire process of the water supply sector of international standards. Smart water technology has been started by the Tokha Water Supply and Sanitation Consumer Committee of Tokha Municipality.
Prakash Adhikari, Mayor of Tokha Municipality organized a program in the capital. Speaking at the event, the mayor also appealed that it should be used in all drinking water committees as it is state-of-the-art technology. In the program, he said, "In the current era of technology, the use of this software will bring a kind of revolution in the water supply sector." I also appeal to everyone to use this as it is important not only for the convenience of the committee but also for the state.
The program was attended by the representatives of the Water Supply Committee of Bagmati Province. Dr. Rajit Ojha, Head of Water Supply and Sewerage Management Department, IAU, presented a paper on Water Utility Career Path and Roshan Gautam, Business Head of Diyalo Technologies, presented a paper on Smart Water Management.
Diyalo Technologies, which was established about ten years ago, has been developing software for the water supply sector. Diyalo Meter Reading Mobile App, Billing Management, SMS System, Online Payment, Accounting System, Inventory Management, Human Resource Management System, NRW: (Water Leakage Analysis) Technology, Flow Management System, Pump Control System, and Customer Grievance Management , has developed systems such as underground water level analysis, mobile application, tank water level measurement technology. These systems are expected to play an important role in making the drinking water sector in Nepal international level.
