When's the Book Closure for 5% Cash Dividend of Kumari Equity Fund (KEF)?

Kumari Equity Fund (KEF) has declared the book closure date for the 5% cash dividend proposal for the fiscal year 2077/78. Investors maintained before Shrawan 25 are entitled to the dividend payout. Books will be closed on Shrawan 25 for the same purpose.

The meeting of the board held on Shrawan 17 decided to distribute the cash dividend worth Rs. 5 crores. This is the first-ever dividend to be distributed by the fund.

As of writing, KEF has an LTP of Rs. 10.63. Kumari Equity Fund has a fund size of Rs. 1,00,00,00,000. The fund had initially issued only 8 crore units but the issue was resized on demand. The fund managers have projected to maintain the NAV of 22.49 by the time the fund matures and projects to provide 22% average yearly returns.

In the month of Ashar, the fund reported a net profit of Rs. 7.16 crores.
