Vijaya Laghubitta transferring 5% cash dividend directly in bank accounts

Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (VLBS) is distributing 5 % cash dividends (including tax) respectively to their shareholders in banks accounts directly. As per the notice published by NIBL Capital Markets Limited, the share registrar of VLBS, the cash dividends will be transferred directly to the bank accounts of the shareholders. For shareholders who have already dematerialized their shares, it has urged them to update their demat accounts with their bank accounts where the cash dividends will be transferred. For those who are yet to dematerialize their shares, NIBL Capital Markets Limited has urged them to demat their shares and update the bank account to receive cash dividends. Also, those who had not collected dividends of previous fiscal year are requested to visit NIBL Capital Markets Limited.
