Upper Solu Hydro Electric Company Limited will be conducting its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 14, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Company’s Head Office located at Hattisar, Kathmandu at 11:30 AM.
The main agendas of the AGM are to decrease paid up capital of the company, amendment of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA), major financial highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of the auditor for the FY 2074/75.
