Upper Lohore Khola Hydropower Appoints NIC Asia Capital as Issue and Sales Manager for Rights Share Issuance

Upper Lohore Khola Hydropower Company Limited will issue 76,47,060 right shares at a face value of Rs. 100 each (1:1.5 ratio) to raise Rs. 76.47 crore. For this purpose, the company has signed a bilateral agreement with NIC Asia Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager.
The agreement was signed by ULHC CEO Sadichchha Karki and NIC Asia Capital CEO Ramendra Rayamajhi. NIC Asia Capital has previously managed share and debenture issuances for 20 companies and right share issuance for 4 companies, successfully raising over Rs. 19.34 Arba.
