Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta (USLB) Proposes First Dividend After Merger: 17.81% Bonus Shares for FY 2076/77

Unnati Sahakarya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (USLB) has proposed a 17.81% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. This is the first dividend distributed after the merger of Unnati Laghubitta and Sahakarya Laghubitta.

The 160th meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 23 has decided to distribute 17.81% bonus shares for the fiscal year. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 14,95,36,650, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 2,66,33,056.38.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
