United Ajod Insurance Limited Is Closing Auction of Unclaimed Rights Shares Today

United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has announced the closure of its auction for 63,847 units of ordinary right shares and 6,633 units of promoter right shares from the previous 100:10 rights offering. The auction, which opened on 29th Jestha, 2083, officially closes today, 8th Ashadh, 2083.

A total of 22,39,520 shares were allotted to valid applicants, leaving 70,480 units (3.05%) unclaimed by eligible investors.

Of the total rights shares issued, 22,39,520 units (96.95%) were subscribed by eligible shareholders, while 3.05% remained unclaimed. As a result, these 63,847 units of ordinary right shares and 6,633 units of promoter right shares will now be auctioned to the interested person/company/institutions from today.

This auction includes the unclaimed portion of the rights issuance. UAIL had originally offered a 100:10 rights share issuance to its shareholders from 26th Chaitra, 2082, to 31st Baishakh, 2083

Both individuals and institutions are eligible to participate in the bidding process.

Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this auction. The minimum bid rate is Rs. 100 per share, and the minimum bid quantity is 100 units for ordinary right shares and 1000 units for promoter shares. While bidders may place bids for all available shares, they must comply with regulatory limits on the maximum allowable share quantity per entity.
