Two fuel stations sealed

Authorities have sealed two fuel stations in Jhapa district for cheating customers. The Standards and Metrology, and Quality Control Regional Office, Biratnagar sealed the Arya Trade International at Bhadrapur and the Matri Petrol Pump at Surunga for cheating customers. A monitoring team mobilized by the District Administration Office and the Standards and Metrology, and Quality Control Office had carried out monitoring at four petrol pumps in Jhapa. In course of the monitoring, the team found that Arya Trade International was distributing 600 millilitre less fuel and the Matri Petrol Pump 300 millilitres less fuel in every five litres. RSS
