Total 33 applicants submits bid for 1,196 units ordinary shares; Bid opening tomorrow

Swarojgar Laghubitta had auctioned its 1,196 units ordinary right shares and 3,822 units promoter right shares to general public from Bhadra 15. Today is the closing day of the auction shares.

According to the official of NMB Capital limited, “33 applicants will bid for the 1,196 units ordinary right shares whereas only 1 applicant has submitted the application form for the 3,822 units promoter right shares.  

The bids will be opened to conclude the auction on Bhadra 23 (tomorrow).

Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100.

NMB Capital limited is the issue manager for this auction which is located at Babarmahal, Kathmandu.

Swarojgar Laghubitta had reported net profit of Rs.18.29 million in its fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.

The last trading price of SLBBL stood at Rs 1860 yesterday, September 07.
