TOPIC Nepal to counsel aspiring applicants

KATHMANDU, Aug 11:

Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIC) Nepal has said it is organizing a counseling meeting for aspiring applicants to share them information about 43th TOPIC.

Issuing a press release on Tuesday, TOPIC Nepal -- an educational and examination center for Korean Language -- said that the meeting will be held at Bishwo Bhasa Campus on Saturday.

According to TOPIC Nepal, the test is designed specifically for the overseas ethnic Korean and non-native Korean speakers for whom Korean is a second or foreign language, who aim to learn Korean language and enter domestic Korean universities, and those who seeks jobs in Korean companies and those who aim to obtain permanent residency in Korea or Korean visa.

The application for the TOPIC will open on August 24 and close on September 30. The test will be held on November 15 and result will be out on December 30, according to TOPIC Nepal.
