Tinau Development Bank 11th AGM on Poush 8; to endorse 15% dividend; Book Closure on Mangsir 20

Tinau Development Bank Limited (TDBL) will be convening its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 8, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Club Denovo Pvt. Ltd, Kalikanagar, Butwal  at 9:00 AM. Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 10 percent bonus share and 5 percent cash dividend including for tax purpose from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2073/74.
• To increase Issued and paid up capital.
• To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by registrar officer or Nepal Rastra Bank.

Other Agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75. Only those shareholders owning shares till Mangsir 19, 2074 are entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will close from Mangsir 20, 2074 to Poush 8, 2074 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. After the issuance of 10% bonus shares, its paid up capital will reach to Rs 50.68 crore from existing Rs 46.08 crore. TNBL has earned Rs 1.56 crore in the first quarter of the FY 2074/75.
