Country Development Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2071-12-26 that the 236th BOD Meeting of the Company held on 2071-12-22 has decided to extend the term of company Director Mr. Keshav Shrestha representing from Ordinary Shareholders effective from 2071-12-26 until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
