Tatopani customs point resumes with arrival of 11 goods-laden trucks from China

As per the agreement between Nepali and Chinese officials last week, Tatopani Customs was resumed from today. With the resumption of the Tatopani customs point, goods from China have arrived in Nepal.
On Sunday, 11 containers from China brought garments and raw materials.
According to Chief of Tatopani Customs Office, Lal Bahadur Khatri, the Chinese side unloaded the goods at Miteri Bridge.
It is said that the goods will arrive in Tatopani Dry Port today itself and would be sent to Kathmandu in some days after customs clearance. Health safety precautions have been applied for the load and unload of the goods.
