Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited Calls 6th AGM On 30th Ashwin

Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited (TPKHL) has called its 6th AGM on 30th Ashwin, 2083. The meeting will be held at the Ramalaya Event Venue, Bansbari, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agenda items of the AGM:

1. To discuss and approve the Annual Report for the fiscal year 2082/83 presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors.
2. To discuss and approve the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and related schedules for FY 2082/83 along with the Auditor’s Report.
3. To appoint an auditor for FY 2083/84 and to determine their remuneration.
4. To approve the decision made by the Board of Directors.
5. To authorize the Board of Directors to identify and invest in new projects, as necessary.
6. To authorize the Board of Directors to form an Audit Committee pursuant to Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2063.
7. To elect and approve 3 directors representing the Promoter Shareholding Group and 2 directors representing the Public Shareholding Group.
8. Misc.

Bhadra 30 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders who maintained their shares before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
