Swabhimaan Laghubitta Decides Not To Distribute Dividends of FY 2082/83

Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFBS) has announced that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2082/83.
The 126th Board Meeting of SMFBS, held on Ashwin 28, 2083, has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2082/83. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
SMFBS closed at Rs. 1,330.00.
