Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Calls 10th AGM With an Agenda to Issue Right Shares

Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFBS) has called its 10th AGM on 14th Mangsir, 2083. The meeting will be held at The SR Hotel, Rupandehi, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agenda items of the AGM:

1. To discuss and approve the Annual Report for the fiscal year 2082/83 presented by the Board of Directors.
2. To discuss and approve the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and related schedules for FY 2082/83 along with the Auditor’s Report.
3. To appoint an Auditor for FY 2083/84 and to determine their remuneration.
4. To approve the issuance of rights shares in a 1:1 ratio from the paid-up capital of Rs.15.34 Crores.
5. To elect one director from the public shareholding group.
5. To authorize the Board of Directors to carry out all necessary procedures related to merger or acquisition with other microfinance financial institutions.
6. Misc.

Kartik 20 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
