Swabhimaan Laghubitta Approves 5.26% Dividend in 8th AGM, Expands Outreach to 7 Districts

Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFBS) successfully held its 8th Annual General Meeting on Baishakh 19, 2082, in Rupandehi under the chairmanship of Devi Dutta Gyawali. The meeting approved the annual report for FY 2080/81 and endorsed a 5.2632% dividend (5% bonus shares and 0.2632% cash for tax).

Janak Raj Dhungana was appointed as an independent director, and Pramod Panthi & Associates was appointed external auditor for FY 2081/82. With its head office in Tilottama-5, Rupandehi, the institution currently operates 36 branches across 7 districts, serving over 34,000 members and holding a loan portfolio of approximately NPR 2.77 billion.
