Suryakunda Hydro Electric Holds 20th AGM, Elects New Board Members

Suryakunda Hydro Electric Limited has held its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM), approving the company’s annual report and financial statements for FY 2082/83.
The meeting, chaired by company chairman Sanjiv Neupane, approved the balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement and auditor’s report. It also appointed an auditor for FY 2083/84 and fixed the auditor’s remuneration.
The AGM elected Sanjiv Neupane, Srijana Khadka and Dwarika Prasad Neupane as directors representing the promoter shareholders. Sushant Timalsina was elected to represent public shareholders, while Lokraj Joshi was appointed as an independent director.
