Supreme Health Care to Issue IPO with Global IME Capital as Sales Manager

Supreme Health Care Limited is set to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a face value of Rs. 100 each to the general public. The company has appointed Global IME Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for this offering.
An agreement was signed between Supreme Health Care’s Executive Director Mukesh Sharma, and Global IME Capital’s CEO Mandeep Luitel. The company, established in 2066 BS and headquartered in Parwanipur, Bara, with a liaison office in Kathmandu, has been consistently profitable for the past six years and is promoted by notable figures from various sectors.
