Supermai Hydropower Unveils Book Closure Date for its 21.11% Dividend; Calls AGM on Falgun 17

Supermai Hydropower Limited (SMH) has called its 11th AGM on 17th Falgun, 2082. The meeting will be held in the Lisara Receptions Private Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 am that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 21.11% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The meeting of the board of directors held on magh 20 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs.53.50 Crores. 20% bonus shares worth slightly over Rs. 10.70 Crores and 1.11% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 59.27 lakhs have been proposed.
Furthermore, an agenda is to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83. There is an agenda to appoint the one/one representative on behalf of the shareholders and directors to sign the decision book of the general meeting, and there is an agenda to issue rights shares in a 1:1 ratio based on the adjusted paid-up capital.
The book closure date is on Falgun 13. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout, and can attend this AGM.
