Super Madi Hydropower to Proceed With Acquisition of Tanting Investment Company

Super Madi Hydropower Limited has informed that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on 28 Kartik 2082 BS at 4:30 PM, has decided to move forward with the acquisition of Tanting Investment Company Limited.
According to the company, the Board has approved initiating the acquisition process and signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two companies. The acquisition will be carried out in accordance with the Merger and Acquisition Regulations, 2079.
The company has further clarified that Tanting Investment Company Limited is only a shareholder of Super Madi Hydropower Limited and is not a listed entity. Details of the company’s promoter shareholders have been submitted along with the notice for information purposes
