Super Khudi Hydropower Shares Listed on NEPSE, Trading Starts March 25

Super Khudi Hydropower Limited (SKHL) has listed a total of 15.5 million shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), including both promoter held shares and those issued to the general public.

NEPSE has set the opening price range for the first trading day between Rs 100 and Rs 300 per share. Trading of the company’s shares will begin on March 25, 2026 (Chaitra 11, 2082).

Out of a total of 1,55,00,000 unit shares, 31,00,000 units of IPO shares with a par value of Rs 100 were issued to the general public from (4th Falgun, 2082 to 11th Falgun, 2082) and remaining 80% share are owned by promoter. 

Note that the listed shares will be traded under the symbol 'SKHL'.
