Subash Koirala Appointed Acting CEO of Rastriya Beema Company

Subash Koirala has been appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rastriya Beema Company Limited.

His appointment follows the resignation of the former CEO, Dr. Shivahari Shrestha. According to Company Secretary Kabita Lama, the company's board accepted Dr. Shrestha’s resignation and decided to hand over the responsibility of Acting CEO to Koirala, who was serving as the Deputy CEO.

Before taking on this new role, Koirala built a long career in Nepal's insurance sector, specializing in insurance claims, human resource management, and banking operations. He began his professional journey in June 2010 at Rastriya Beema Sansthan, where he worked for eight years. In April 2018, he joined Rastriya Beema Company Limited as a key member of the executive team. Over the years, he rose through the senior management ranks to become Deputy CEO before stepping up to lead the state owned non life insurance company.
