Standard Chartered Bank to convene 32nd AGM on Magh 07; To approve 17.50% cash dividend

Standard Chartered Bank Nepal (SCB) will be convening its 32nd AGM on Magh 07, 2075. The AGM will be convened in the premises of Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 1:00 PM.
The agendas of the meeting include:
- Endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75.
- To provide approval to the 17.50% cash dividend for the FY 2074/75
- Appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76
- Appointment of 1 director from amongst the ordinary shareholders
The bank had already proposed 17.50% cash dividend for the FY 2074/75.
For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders register book of the bank will remain closed from Poush 29 till Magh 07 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares till Poush 28 will be able to participate in the AGM and receive the cash dividend.
