Sixteen Contractor Companies Recommended for Blacklisting Due to Unsatisfactory Performance Asked for Explanation
The Public Procurement Monitoring Office, operating under the Prime Minister's Office, has requested clarification from 16 contractor companies and one supplier whose performance has been deemed unsatisfactory. These companies and suppliers are given a seven-day deadline to provide an explanation.
Previously, these companies and suppliers were given a 30-day deadline to submit their explanations, as recommended by public institutions. However, since they failed to provide the required clarification within that timeframe, the office has issued a new request for explanation, this time with a seven-day deadline.
Among the contractor companies asked to provide clarification are Naya Nirman Sewa, led by Rajan Gautam, Nawa Nirman Builders Pvt. Limited, led by Raja Bahadur Jha, Arvan Construction Private Limited, and Bluebird Design and Construction, led by Raju Pokharel, among others.
