Siddhartha Bank’s “SBL Debenture 2082” to Mature on Poush 26, 2082

Siddhartha Bank Limited has announced that its debenture issue titled “SBL Debenture 2082” is set to mature after Poush 26, 2082.

The bank had issued 22,50,000 units of debentures with a face value of Rs. 1,000 per unit, carrying a fixed interest rate of 10.50 percent and a maturity period of seven years. Out of the total issued units, 21,62,559 units were allotted on Poush 27, 2075.

The debentures were subsequently listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) following a listing agreement signed between NEPSE and the bank on Falgun 26, 2075.

As the debentures will mature after Poush 26, 2082, the bank has requested the concerned authorities to initiate necessary procedures in accordance with the listing agreement and regulatory provisions.
