Siddhartha Bank urges shareholders to update their Demat account and bank account information to receive dividend; Bank to distribute 10% bonus and 15.26% cash

Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL)'s AGM held yesterday has approved 25.26% dividend to its shareholders from the profit of FY 2075/76.

SBL has published a notice today regarding the distribution of 15.26% cash dividend. The bank has urged its shareholders to update their bank account information in Demat account. Similarly for shareholders who haven't yet added bank account information or haven't dematerialized their share certificates are requested to open demat and update all information to receive the dividend. The bank also notifies the shareholders who have used their shares as collateral in BFIs to submit an Approval Letter from the concerned BFI to Siddhartha Capital (Share Registar of Siddhartha Bank).

The breakdown of proposed dividend is as follows:

Paid-up capital: Rs 8.88 arba
Bonus share: 10% worth Rs 88.87 crore
Cash dividend: 15.26% worth Rs 1.35 arba (including tax amount)
Total: 25.26% worth Rs 2.24 arba

Post the adjustment of bonus shares, the paid-up capital of the bank will reach Rs 9.77 arba.
