Siddhartha Bank opens 3 new branches in Battar, Charikot & Baglung

Siddhartha Bank has opened its new branches at Battar of Nuwakot, Charikot of Dolakha and Baglung Bazar of Baglung. The branches came into operation from December 6, 2017. The Bank shall offer a wide array of banking products and services from these branches, which is expected to benefit large number of customers residing in Battar, Charikot and Baglung. Issuing a press statement, it stated that, with the opening of these branches, the bank’s network throughout the country reaches 80 branches, 3 extension counters, 103 ATMs, 99 branchless banking locations and more than 600 POS machines. Furthermore, As per the unaudited financial results as at  Kartik of the fiscal year 2074/75, the Bank has recorded a deposit portfolio of Rs. 78.46 billion and a loan portfolio of Rs. 71.78 billion. The bank has earned the operating profit of Rs. 863 million during the same period.
