Shikhar Insurance FPO shares listed in Nepse; trading from today in dematerialized form

Shikhar Insurance had floated 5, 10,988 unit shares as part of its FPO shares from Mangsir 17 2072 to Mangsir 21. 2072. The shares floated through FPO got listed in Nepal Stock Exchange today. The FPO shareholders who have already dematerialized their shares can sell their shares from today in nepse. Allotment for FPO shares were, for investors who had applied from Rs 6,500 or 10 units to Rs 19,500 or 30 units shares on Small investors category and from Rs 52,000 or 80 units to Rs 1,17,000 or 180 units on Other/ Big investors category was decided through a lottery and remaining investors who had applied for Rs  26,000 or 40 units to Rs 45,500 or 70 units were allotted 32.5 % to 31.42 % on pro-rata basis. And the other investors applied for Rs 1,23,500 or 190 units to Rs 6,50,00,000 or 1,00,000 units were allotted 5.26 % to 4.90 % on pro rata basis.
