34,95,293.44 units bonus shares of Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited (JBBL) have been listed in NEPSE. This is the 10% bonus shares distributed for the fiscal year 2076/77.
Similarly, 1,87,82,078.86 units bonus shares of NMB Bank Limited (NMB) have been listed in NEPSE. This is the 13% bonus shares distributed for the fiscal year 2076/77. NMB Bank has organized its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) under the chairmanship of Mr. Pawan Kumar Golyan, on January 13, 2021, at the Bank’s office premises in Krishna Tower, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. The AGM has decided to distribute a 13% bonus share and 3.2% cash dividend for tax provision from its profit of the fiscal year 2076-77 and approved the increment of the authorized capital of the Bank from the current NPR. 16 Billion to NPR. 20 Billion. The same bonus shares are listed today.
