3,25,099.50 bonus shares of Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBS) are now listed in NEPSE.
Infinity Laghubitta convened its 4th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Khemraj Nepal on Magh 24, 2077. The AGM endorsed the proposal to provide 14.25% bonus shares and 0.75% cash dividend for taxation purposes.
The same bonus shares are now listed. As of writing, ILBS has an LTP of Rs. 1,842.
