Shares Listed: Bonus Shares of RSDC Laghubitta (RSDC) and NMB Laghubitta (NMBMF)

6,04,370.45 bonus shares of RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) are now listed in NEPSE.

The recent AGM of the company endorsed a total of 12.63% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77. From the paid-up capital of Rs. 67.15 crores, 9% bonus shares were distributed and 3.63% was distributed as cash dividends including the amount for tax purposes. The bonus shares dividend amounts to Rs. 6,04,37,045 while the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 2,43,86,878. The same bonus shares are now listed.

Meanwhile, the company has already distributed the cash dividend to the bank accounts of its shareholders.

Similarly, 8,61,873.25 bonus shares of NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF) are also listed in NEPSE.

NMB Laghubitta has recently convened its 8th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sanjib Subba. The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide 19% bonus shares worth Rs 8.61 crore and 1% cash dividend for taxation purposes worth Rs 45.36 lakh. The same bonus shares are now listed.
