4,35,966.70 units bonus shares of Nagbeli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NBBL) have been listed in Nepse.
The 10th AGM of the company had approved of distributing 26% bonus shares from the existing paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2075/76.
From the paid-up capital of Rs. 16.76 crores, the 26% bonus shares amount to a little over Rs. 4.35 crores.
It is to be noted that Nagbeli Laghubitta has been acquired by Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha. Their joint operation has already commenced from 7th Bhadra.
