Nabil Bank recently convened its 36th AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Upendra Prasad Paudyal on Poush 29, 2077. The AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide a 35.26% dividend to its shareholders: 33.5% bonus shares and 1.76% cash dividend.
