SharePro Securities Pvt. Ltd. (Broker No. 65) has successfully concluded its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 24, 2083, at Alice Restaurant, Pulchowk, Lalitpur.
The AGM approved the annual report and financial statements for FY 2082/83, along with the auditor’s report, as presented by the Chairman on behalf of the Board of Directors.
The meeting also approved the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for FY 2082/83 and appointed an auditor for FY 2083/84.
