According to an official notice, Swarojgar Laghubitta has completed the acquisition process for Wean Nepal Laghubitta and will begin joint business operations under the name Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited from Bhadra 21, 2083.

Following official rules regarding company mergers and acquisitions, stock trading for the acquired company, Wean Nepal Laghubitta, has been halted starting from the same date as per the stock exchange's decision.
