Shailesh Subedi Appointed as CEO of Himalayan Investment Banker Limited

Himalayan Investment Banker Limited has appointed Mr. Shailesh Subedi as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The decision was made during the 343rd meeting of the Board of Directors held on Jestha 19, 2083 . The board resolved to appoint Subedi as CEO for a four-year term, effective from the date he assumes office. The company stated that Subedi is scheduled to officially take charge of his responsibilities on Asadh 15, 2083.

The appointment is expected to strengthen the company's leadership as it continues to expand its investment banking and financial advisory services in Nepal's capital market.
