Secured Securities has published a notice today regarding its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on Kartik 30, 2076 at Company's Registered Office, Pradarsani Marga, Kathmandu from 3 PM onwards.
The 100th Board Meeting held on Kartik 01, 2076 has decided on the following agendas to be discussed in the AGM:
- Approval of the cash dividend proposed by the Board.
- Approval of the Annual Report of the company along with financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of auditor for the year and fixation of remuneration for the same.
- Election of 5 board members for the coming tenure.
