SEBON organizes 2-day capacity building training for commodity market supervision

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has organized two days training program for its employees, in collaboration with MCX-India, as the Board has been preparing to finalize the commodity exchange regulations. For the proper knowledge of the commodity market, the Board has organized the program. After the Legislature-Parliament had endorsed the Commodities Exchange Market Act 2074, SEBON began preparing to finalize the regulations to implement the newly formed regulation. The main chief guest of the program was Dr. Rewat Bahadur Karki. In the program, Mr Dev Jyoti Deya, member of MCX and Mr. Shree Kant Kaudinya provided information about the things needed to understand in commodity derivatives, trading, payment and settlement, and operating warehouses.
