SEBON Approves LS Horizon 12 Mutual Fund for Public Issuance

The Securities Board of Nepal has approved a new mutual fund scheme promoted by Laxmi Sunrise Bank and managed by Laxmi Sunrise Capital for public issuance.
The scheme, named LS Horizon 12, is a 12-year closed-end fund with 12 crores units to be issued at a face value of Rs. 10 each. The fund aims to expand investment opportunities in Nepal’s capital market and provide structured investment options for both small and large investors.
