Meanwhile, Unilever Nepal Limited generated a net profit of Rs. 455.3 million, maintaining its position as one of the most financially stable consumer goods companies in Nepal. The company’s profitability reflects consistent demand for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), strong distribution networks, and brand loyalty in the domestic market.

Similarly, Sonapur Minerals and Oil Limited earned Rs. 226.13 million, indicating stable earnings in the industrial and mineral processing business.
Overall, the data suggests that Nepal’s manufacturing sector remains profitable, particularly in industries connected to construction, consumer goods, and beverages. The significant gap between the top two companies and the lower ranked firms also shows that market leadership, scale of operations, and sector demand continue to play a major role in determining profitability. The third quarter results indicate that companies with strong brand presence, efficient operations, and high market demand are outperforming others in the manufacturing industry.
